Residencies
University of Michigan
Our Residency at the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) consisted of the following: Workshops on identity, race, culture and community in residence halls (Alice Lloyd and North Quad). Guest Lecturing in Modern Rituals (Prof. Anita Gonzalez) and Theatre for the Incarcerated (Prof. Ashley Lucas). Designed a noon seminar for the School of Public Health -"The use of gender sensitive theatrical interventions in addressing global health issues." Performances of Songs for Khwesi by Refilwe Nkomo (Department of Afroamerican and African Studies) and We Are Here by Antonio Lyons (CASS Commons-Detroit and William Monroe Trotter Multicultural Center - Ann Arbor). In addition we've had the opportunity to engage in community building in both Ann Arbor and Detroit. More Info...
